Embracing the Season of Giving at PE Systems
At PE Systems, service is more than a core value. It is part of who we are. This holiday season, our employees came together to support the communities we are proud to call home, demonstrating the power of generosity and teamwork.
Throughout the past month, team members across the organization stepped up in meaningful ways, helping to brighten the season for families and local organizations. Their collective efforts reflect a shared commitment to compassion and community impact.
Supporting Local Families and Organizations
This year, our giving initiatives focused on addressing essential needs and supporting trusted local partners.
At our corporate office, employees collected nonperishable food items to support The Dayton Foodbank, helping families experiencing food insecurity during the holiday season.
Several team members also volunteered their time at The House of Bread, serving warm meals and supporting neighbors who rely on this local soup kitchen for daily nourishment and care.
In the spirit of the holidays, PE Systems employees adopted three families through Homefull. Together, they provided gifts, essential items, and special surprises to ensure these families experienced extra joy and comfort during the season.
Additionally, when one of our events was unexpectedly canceled due to a snowstorm, our team quickly found a meaningful way to turn the situation into an opportunity to give back. Rather than letting fully prepared meals go to waste, employees delivered over 100 boxed lunches to Daybreak, an organization dedicated to supporting youth in our community.
Compassion in Action
We are incredibly grateful for the employees who continue to lead with compassion and generosity. Their willingness to give their time, resources, and energy reflects the heart of our mission and strengthens the communities we serve.
As we close out the year, we are reminded that giving back is one of the most meaningful ways to live out our values. Thank you to everyone who helped make this season brighter for others.
