Jack Grady Retires from PE Systems

After a tenure spanning over a decade and a half, Jack Grady, Senior Vice President of Air Force Programs, bids farewell to his colleagues and retires from PE Systems and transitions to their Board of Directors. Grady’s story at PE Systems is one of growth and leadership.

Jack Grady embarked on his journey with PE Systems in February 2008, starting in the Northeast Division in Boston, MA. Throughout his career at PE Systems, he served as the Vice President of Battle Management in the Northeast Division and later assumed the role of Senior Vice President and Division Manager of the Dayton Division in Ohio from June 2017 to April 2023.

Reflecting on his experience, Jack speaks fondly of his interactions with Mr. Wes King, highlighting how working under his leadership was a joyous experience. He recalls the summer outing with the San Antonio division, where Mr. King’s rodeo entrance left a lasting impression. Grady recalls “Mr. King was invited to open the rodeo. He opened the rodeo by riding ‘shotgun’ into the arena on a chuckwagon waving a cowboy hat with the biggest smile you ever saw. It was great to see him joyfully riding around the arena.” This story is a testament to the PE Systems company culture.
