When it comes to Who’s Who in the Dayton area’s aerospace field, PE Systems stands among the best.
Maurice “Mo” McDonald, Vice President of Air Force Operations for PE Systems, recently was named by the Dayton Business Journal (DBJ) to its list of Who’s Who in Aerospace and Defense for 2023.
The DBJ recognizes leaders around the Dayton area that exemplify the highest level of operational and strategic excellence in the aerospace and defense sector. The honorees serve as industry role models for aerospace and defense excellence.
“I’m extremely honored to be selected and extremely humbled by the group of leaders across this region who also were selected. To be among them is truly an honor,” said McDonald.
McDonald manages a major contract with the Air Force that PE Systems won several years ago. He also assists with business development activity for future growth within the company.
To McDonald, the honor is more about PE Systems than about him. “It goes to show that our company is a major player in the defense community in the Dayton area. There’s a great culture at PE Systems, a great work force. This recognition goes far beyond me, it recognizes our company and what we offer. This is more about recognizing our company than recognizing me.”
This is a tremendous honor that Mo has received,” said Doug Cooper, Chief Operation Officer & Vice President of Contracts, Compliance and Ethics. “Again, this demonstrates the talented people we have and the value we bring to the business. This recognition is well-deserved, and PE Systems is proud to work with someone as talented as Mo.”
“PE Systems is proud and lucky to have Mo on our team.” said Wes King, CEO & President. “We appreciate all of our great team and the exceptional services they provide to our Military. These people truly are PES family.”
