In December 2024, PE Systems celebrated our annual holiday party in two locations: Perry, GA and Dayton, OH. Each event was a unique experience that allowed us to unwind, reflect on the year’s accomplishments, and foster stronger connections among our team members.
In Dayton, OH, the event was held at Top of the Market, a fantastic venue that offered breathtaking views and a welcoming atmosphere. We partnered with Elite Catering to provide a delicious spread, which included chicken, beef, salad, mixed vegetables, and mashed potatoes. For dessert, we served up a flaming donut bar, along with a variety of other sweet treats that delighted our guests.
To capture the memories of the night, we enlisted the talents of Scotty D Photography, who ensured every special moment was beautifully documented. The event was set to the perfect soundtrack, thanks to DJ Jeff Goodrich, who kept the energy high throughout the evening.
One of the highlights of the night was our raffle, where employees had the chance to win some amazing prizes, including gift baskets, Bluetooth speakers, espresso machines, laptops, Solo Stoves, and Bose headphones. These prizes added an extra layer of excitement to the celebration!
In Perry, GA, we hosted a memorable event at the beautifully restored The Muse Theatre, a charming venue that blends vintage movie theatre elegance with modern event space. Guests enjoyed mingling on the scenic outdoor patio or inside the cozy, inviting atmosphere.
The evening featured a delectable dinner spread, including carved prime rib, chicken cordon bleu, green beans, fresh salad, rolls, sweet potato casserole, Nashville deviled eggs, spicy cheese cream puffs, and an indulgent hot chocolate/coffee and dessert bar—just to name a few of the tempting options. Attendees could unwind with their favorite drinks from the bar while socializing and dancing to a lively set curated by local DJ Olin Wilson, who also did a fantastic job hosting throughout the night. Around 80 guests joined in on the fun.
Upon arrival, guests were greeted at our welcome desk and received a PES gift before being invited to kick off the evening’s social hour. Marissa King, CEO, offered a warm welcome and shared remarks before presenting a variety of special gifts throughout the event. A heartfelt moment came when Team Lead Russ Gray gave Marissa a baseball from the Macon Bacon First Pitch event earlier that summer, adding a personal touch to the celebration. We also took a moment to sing Happy Birthday to Russ!
The evening continued with a delicious dinner catered by The Butcher Shop, followed by hours of dancing, music, and good company. It was truly a night to remember!
At PE Systems, we take great pride in hosting our annual parties because it gives us an opportunity to express our gratitude to employees for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. These events provide a unique chance for employees to engage with their colleagues outside the office, strengthening relationships and fostering a sense of community. We look forward to continuing this tradition in the years to come!
