On Thursday, August 1st, PE System’s (PES) employees located in the Dayton area brought their families to a special event celebrating their exceptional hard work and dedication. The Family Day gathering was not only a chance for employees to relax and enjoy themselves but also for the PES family to build community and connect with key PES executives. Marissa King, CEO, along with Doug Cooper, COO, and Tom Dawson, CFO made the trip from the Fairfax, Virginia Headquarters office to join the celebration and highlight the importance of the event.
PES selected The National Museum of the United States Air Force to host Family Day because its extensive collection of aircraft and aviation artifacts ties employees back to the important work they do with clients. The museum and PES organizers thoughtfully planned a range of activities that catered to both adults and children. The PES team and their families enjoyed a guided tour of the museum’s exhibits, a scavenger hunt, and rides on the museum’s advanced flight simulators.
Of course, no celebration is complete without a variety of delicious food options and PES’s Family Day was no exception! Guests had many choices to encourage networking and conversation in a lively environment. The evening offered many opportunities for socializing and enhancing connections among team members.
Overall, the event was a successful celebration of the PES’s collective achievements and the strong sense of community that binds our team together. It reflected an appreciation of the dedicated PES team and their families.
